Summary
Blank Rome LLP is seeking a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal to join their team in the New York City Metropolitan Area. The role involves supporting attorneys and clients on Real Estate matters from commencement to resolution.
About the Role
As a Commercial Real Estate Paralegal, you will manage all aspects of title, survey, zoning, and ancillary diligence matters, coordinate real estate acquisition, disposition, and financing closings, and assist attorneys in drafting and reviewing legal documents. You will also prepare corporate documentation, collaborate with attorneys and clients, and maintain client confidentiality while balancing multiple work demands.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of paralegal experience, specifically in real estate.
- Bachelor’s degree, paralegal certification, or equivalent work experience required.
- Experience in a legal environment or professional services required.
- Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
- Meticulous attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks with effective organizational skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams).
Preferred:
- Experience with the New York City ACRIS system.
- Proficient in web-based conference call/web-sharing applications.
