About the Role
As a Commercial Sales Manager, you will be responsible for coaching your team to achieve their quotas, scaling the team to meet revenue goals, and developing the skills of Commercial sales reps. You will also empower your direct reports through training and motivation, and work closely with the VP of Commercial Sales to grow your management skills.
About You
Required:
- 3 - 5 years in proven sales leadership in a closing role.
- 5+ years in a sales role (SaaS and B2B preferred) and a top quota performer at your company.
- Passion for hiring, onboarding, coaching, motivating, and developing your team.
- Incredible leadership and mentorship skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with high growth companies.
- Drive to be promoted beyond managing a small team.
