About the Role
As a Commercial Service Foreman & Technician, you will lead and support a team of technicians in daily field operations, perform advanced troubleshooting and maintenance on commercial systems, and ensure all work meets safety standards and quality benchmarks. You will also mentor technicians, collaborate with management to resolve challenges, and maintain tools and equipment to company standards.
About You
Required:
- 5+ years of experience in commercial service (HVAC, electrical, mechanical, or related trade).
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills in commercial environments.
- Ability to interpret technical drawings, schematics, and service documentation.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
Preferred:
- Proven experience as a Lead Technician, Foreman, or Supervisor.
- Solid knowledge of safety regulations and industry codes.
- Relevant certifications or licenses.
