As a Commercial Settlement Agent, you will collaborate closely with managers to facilitate smooth settlement operations. Your responsibilities will include managing disbursement-only transactions, preparing commercial closing settlement statements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements. You will also communicate with various stakeholders, manage relationships with title agents, and oversee the work of escrow assistants as needed.
About You
Required:
- 3+ years of related experience in commercial settlement or title escrow.
- Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
- Excellent written, verbal, and social communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience utilizing ResWare or similar title software.
- Knowledge or strong interest in Commercial Title Escrow.
