About the Role
As a Commercial Underwriter, you will be responsible for underwriting renewals and new credit requests, ensuring compliance with bank lending standards, and collaborating with Relationship Managers to provide credit expertise. You will also monitor the credit portfolio, assign asset quality ratings, and prepare quarterly reports on credit risk.
About You
Required:
- 5-7 years of progressive experience within Commercial Credit.
- Knowledge of Enterprise Value lending.
- Experience in Capital Markets or Mid Corporate Leverage Finance.
- Ability to make sound independent decisions and communicate effectively.
Preferred:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting or equivalent experience.
- MBA preferred.
- Skilled with loan structuring and documentation.
