JST is seeking a Communications Integration Lead to join their team in Dayton, OH. The role involves ensuring clear communication between the events team and strategic communications strategists, facilitating smooth information flow and alignment of goals.
About the Role
As a Communications Integration Lead, you will be responsible for leading coordination meetings, ensuring alignment between teams, incorporating program milestones into event timelines, monitoring progress, and providing feedback for future improvements. You will also ensure that all stakeholders are informed about event progress and how it aligns with program goals.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree in event management, business administration, project management, hospitality management, marketing or communications or related field.
- 8+ years of experience in event management, program management, or integration roles.
- MUST hold an active Secret clearance.
Preferred:
- Master's degree in business administration (MBA), organizational management, strategic management or advanced event management.
- Proven track record of leading complex events, such as conferences, trade shows, corporate meetings, or large-scale programs.
- Experience as a Program Manager or Project Manager in complex, multi-phase initiatives.
