About You
- Active membership in the Florida Bar.
- 2–4 years of legal experience, with direct experience in community association litigation preferred.
- Demonstrated experience in business litigation.
- Excellent skills in legal research, drafting, and oral advocacy.
- Strong client relations and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Word, Outlook, PowerPoint; experience with Summation and iManage is a plus.
- Experience conducting significant document review via electronic platforms.
- Familiarity with community association governance structures.
- Attendance at association board and membership meetings.
- Experience interpreting and enforcing declarations, bylaws, and covenants.
