About the Role
As a Community Based Functional Family Therapist, you will provide virtual and home-based therapy to youth aged 10-21 and their families, adhering to model fidelity requirements. You will carry a caseload, participate in therapy team meetings, assist families with referrals to services, and maintain case progress notes. Your work will focus on intensive community-based interventions for at-risk youth and families with a history of out-of-home placement.
About You
Required:
- Master's degree in social work (MSW), Mental Health Counseling (MHC), Marriage and Family Therapy (MFT), psychology, counseling, education, or other relevant human service profession.
- Experience in providing therapeutic interventions to youth and families.
Preferred:
- Direct use of pragmatic family therapies.
- Individual therapy experience with cognitive behavioral techniques.
- Knowledge of family systems theory and application.
- Ability to engage clients and advocate for youth and families.
