- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Proven track record with communications and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated success in working both independently and in a team environment.
- Commitment to improving rural health outcomes.
- Intermediate knowledge and skill/proficiency with Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Word.
- Ability to manage large projects and events ensuring deadline compliance.
- Ability to collaborate with a variety of stakeholders.
- Access to reliable transportation for daily local travel.
- College coursework in public health, health promotion, or health sciences.
- Experience in community health initiatives.
- Ability to lift and/or move large objects.
