About the Role

As a Community Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing Neostella's organic social media presence, community engagement, brand sponsorship visibility, and public relations coordination. Your tasks will include developing content, monitoring engagement, supporting executives in social amplification, and identifying opportunities for industry visibility and relationship building.

About You

Required:

Bachelor's degree preferred.
1-3 years of experience in social media, community management, marketing, communications, or related roles.
Experience managing or contributing to LinkedIn and other social platforms in a B2B environment.
Strong written communication and content development skills.
Highly organized with strong attention to detail.

Preferred:

Experience supporting public relations initiatives.
Familiarity with social media scheduling tools.
Familiarity with design tools such as Canva or similar platforms.
Experience working in fast-paced SaaS or technology environments.
