About the Role
As a Community Development Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing community events, managing volunteer projects, and building strategic relationships with community partners. You will work closely with staff and stakeholders to enhance brand awareness and expand the agency's donor base while ensuring services align with the Social Determinants of Health through a trauma-informed care lens.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree in education, health, social work, or related human service field with a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in the respective field.
- Experience in a collaborative environment building organizational and stakeholder relationships.
Preferred:
- Master’s degree.
- Fluency in English and Spanish (read, write, and speak).
