Greater Springfield Senior Services, Inc. is seeking a Community Dining Administrative Assistant to support the day-to-day operations of the Community Dining Program in Springfield, MA.
About the Role
As a Community Dining Administrative Assistant, you will assist the Community Dining Supervisor with daily administrative tasks, cover phones, maintain accurate logs, support outreach efforts, and help with planning new dining sites. You will also assist with data entry into the Wellsky database and serve as a backup Meals-on-Wheels driver as needed.
About You
Required:
- At least one year of experience working with the public in a customer service capacity.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Preferred:
- Food service experience.
- Experience working with the older adult population and those living with disabilities.
- Bilingual English/Spanish.
