About the Role
As a Community Disaster Program Specialist, you will empower volunteers, support disaster program implementation, engage communities, and manage volunteer activities to ensure effective disaster response. You will also act as a local point of contact for partners and communities, participating in disaster response operations as needed.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree required, or equivalent combination of education and related experience.
- Minimum 3 years of related experience.
- A current, valid driver's license with a good driving record.
Preferred:
- Experience coordinating and engaging volunteers.
- Bilingual preferred.
