About You
- High school diploma or equivalency required.
- 1 year of experience in Healthcare, Staffing, Medical Administration, or similar position required.
- Proficiency with technology and applications such as Microsoft Office, EMR, and internet browsing.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to maintain composure in stressful situations and prioritize multiple demands.
- Experience in caregiver supervision or management.
- Knowledge of client billing and payroll processing.
- Ability to influence caregiver engagement positively.
- Experience in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
