About the Role
As a Community Home Lending Advisor, you will maintain knowledge of Chase home lending products and local housing assistance programs, promote mortgage products to customers, act as a mortgage expert, partner with branch teams, and create outstanding customer experiences throughout the mortgage loan origination process.
About You
Required:
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience in sales and/or real estate.
- Five years of proven mortgage sales experience with strong product, credit, and mortgage process knowledge.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market and ability to build external referral sources.
- Track record of customer satisfaction as demonstrated in customer satisfaction scores.
- Superior written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with Federal Housing Administration (FHA), Veterans Administration (VA), and other mortgage guidelines.
- Intermediate Personal Computer skills in a Windows environment.
