Summary
Investment Property Group (IPG) is seeking a Community Manager for their manufactured housing community, Broadmoor, located in Yakima, WA. The role involves managing day-to-day operations, team members, and resources to achieve financial and operational goals.
About the Role
As a Community Manager, you will oversee the operational integrity of the manufactured housing community, enforce lease agreements, manage the application process for new move-ins, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. You will lead and motivate team members, build positive relationships with residents and stakeholders, and handle rent collection and resident concerns.
About You
Required:
- 1+ years' experience managing a manufactured housing or multifamily community of 100+ units.
- Strong interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with residents and collaborate effectively with team members.
- Exceptional time management and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to handle conflict resolution and provide high-level customer service.
- Experience with rent collection and delinquency management.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred:
- Experience with pool maintenance, including equipment upkeep and water chemistry.
- Familiarity with property management software and basic accounting systems.
- Marketing and sales skills to promote vacant lots or homes.
