About the Role
As a Community Nutrition Access Specialist, you will oversee the Produce Home Delivery program, ensuring it is tailored to individual household preferences and health needs. You will process intake forms, manage customer inquiries, and collaborate with healthcare professionals. Additionally, you will oversee packing operations, community outreach, and vendor compliance, while generating reports for grant purposes.
About You
Required:
- Nutritionist, Registered Dietitian, or related experience.
- Fluent in English and Spanish (written and spoken).
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong people and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including basic Excel skills.
Preferred:
- Knowledge of North Central MA communities.
- Passion for local food systems and their impact on community health.
