As the Community Relations Director, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sales and marketing strategies, managing lead generation, conducting community tours, and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will collaborate with the regional sales team to achieve occupancy goals and maintain high resident satisfaction.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or related field preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in relational sales, preferably in assisted living, hospitality, or healthcare settings.
- Proven track record in achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook, and CRM software.
- Valid driver's license.
Preferred:
- Experience in managing a sales team.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible to work evenings and weekends if needed.
- Positive team player mentality and passion for serving seniors.
