Upstate Caring Partners is seeking a Community Services Project Manager to join their team in Utica, NY. The role involves overseeing and managing quality improvement projects for individuals with Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities (IDD).
About the Role
As a Community Services Project Manager, you will lead the planning, execution, and evaluation of program initiatives to enhance service delivery. You will assist in managing day-to-day operations, generate and maintain data, promote a positive work environment, collaborate on grant funding opportunities, develop project plans and budgets, oversee quality improvement projects, monitor project progress, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
About You
Required:
Bachelor’s Degree and/or 3-5 years of experience in Communication/Business related field; Masters preferred.
Highly effective written and oral communication skills.
Experience in grant management and community-based initiatives.
Preferred:
Advanced computer skills (MS365 Suite, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, Word, Excel, Internet Explorer, Access, PowerPoint, Ulti-Pro 6.6, experience with AI).
Valid NYS Driver’s License as travel is required.
