About the Role
As a Community Support Professional, you will be responsible for assisting individuals diagnosed with behavioral health issues, developing individualized behavior support plans, and coordinating services among providers. You will work as part of a team to ensure optimal community participation for those served.
About You
Required:
- Graduation from an accredited college or university with at least a Bachelor's Degree in special education, social work, psychology, or a related field.
- Current registration with the Virginia Board of Counseling as a QMHP-A and/or QMHP-C.
Preferred:
- Experience in crisis intervention and stabilization.
- Ability to speak multiple languages.
