About the Role
As a Community Support Professional (CSP), you will report to a Community Support Manager and be responsible for ensuring that individuals have access to meaningful activities focused on skill development. Your tasks will include cultivating relationships within the community, tracking progress towards personal goals, completing service documentation, and providing supervision during activities. You will also assist with employment development and transportation needs, while utilizing person-centered approaches to support individuals in achieving their goals.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- A valid driver's license, a clean driving record, and reliable transportation.
Preferred:
- Associate’s Degree preferred.
- Familiarity with Montgomery County and/or Prince George’s County activities and resources.
