About the Role
As a Community Support Specialist, you will be responsible for assisting individuals with personal care, cooking, hygiene, cleaning, and supporting care plans. You will work primarily evening shifts from 3 pm to 11 pm, with some midnight shifts from 11 pm to 9 am. The position requires thoroughness in tasks to ensure excellent person-centered care.
About You
Required:
- Must be 21 years or older.
- Valid driver's license with less than 3 driving offenses.
- High School diploma or GED.
- Ability to pass a criminal background check and physical.
Preferred:
- Experience as a Direct Support Professional (DSP).
- Completion of medication pass certification.
