About the Role
As the Global Industry Leader, you will be responsible for defining and implementing a strategic plan to expand market share, cultivating client relationships, leading business development efforts, delivering thought leadership, overseeing financial performance, developing industry-focused teams, collaborating across the organization, monitoring industry trends, driving innovation, and communicating with executive leadership.
About You
Required:
- Ten plus years of experience in compensation, specifically compensation data and/or benchmarking.
- Proven track record in the Industrial and Manufacturing segment leading and driving growth in a complex global environment.
- Bachelor's degree in relevant discipline or equivalent years of industry experience.
Preferred:
- Deep understanding of Human Capital universe and needs of clients across all segments, with strengths across Rewards and Analytics.
- Exceptional communication skills to convey compelling messages across all levels and geographies.
