- 2+ years Chemical Industry experience in any function (technical, production, business, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills and proficiency in Excel and process mapping tools.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Interest in future commercial role.
- High motivation and self-awareness.
- Results-driven with strong communication skills.
- Experience with SFDC.
- Ability to travel on occasion (up to 25%).
