About the Role
As a Complex Claims Consulting Director, you will manage an inventory of complex claims, ensuring exceptional customer service and compliance with company protocols. Your responsibilities will include overseeing claim handling, verifying coverage, managing reserves, driving resolution strategies, and mentoring less experienced claim professionals. You will also prepare and present complex information to senior leadership and maintain subject matter expertise in insurance regulations.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree, JD preferred.
- Typically ten years of relevant or related experience.
- Must have or be able to obtain and maintain an Insurance Adjuster License within 90 days of hire.
Preferred:
- Advanced negotiation experience.
- Professional designations are highly encouraged (e.g. CPCU).
