About You
- 5+ years of Commercial/Industry claims experience.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal/written) and strong negotiation skills.
- Advanced experience in litigation claims management including ADR and mediation process.
- Property and Casualty licenses required, must be obtained within 6 months.
- Experience attending and controlling cases at mediations and settlement conferences.
- Motivated individuals interested in an upwardly mobile career path.
