About the Role
About You
- Bachelor's degree in a related area or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- 8+ years of Claims experience, with 5+ years’ experience handling complex casualty claims.
- Proficient knowledge and understanding of all products and claim handling procedures in all states.
- Knowledge of state and federal insurance regulations.
- Solid organizational and time management skills.
- Strong detail-orientation and skill for accuracy.
- Excellent communications and presentation skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to make high-risk, high-impact decisions and be accountable for results.
- 5+ years’ experience handling complex commercial auto coverage and extra-contractual claims.
- Proficient knowledge of commercial and personal lines products and claim handling procedures.
- Minimum 3 years Litigation experience.
- CPCU, AINS designations.
