Kittitas Interactive Management is seeking a Complex Needs Life Enrichment Coach - Float Position to join their team in Yakima, WA. The role involves encouraging personal growth and providing daily living support to clients in their home and community.
About the Role
As a Complex Needs Life Enrichment Coach, you will be responsible for motivating clients towards their personal goals, assisting with daily hygiene, managing client finances, administering medications, and supervising daily activities. You will work a minimum of two shifts per week and one mandatory on-call weekend each month.
About You
Required:
- High school graduate or equivalent.
- Intermediate experience with supporting living, preferably with individuals developmentally or otherwise disabled adults.
- Minimum age of 18 years.
- Criminal background check cleared before working alone unsupervised with the clients.
- Valid driver’s license or State ID.
- Ability to follow instructions, organize and set priorities.
- Outstanding communication skills, including active listening, writing, speaking and reading comprehension.
- Ability to engage in critical thinking.
