Summary
University Health Partners of Hawai'i (UCERA) is seeking a Complex RN to join their team at Campbell High School. The role involves supporting school administration to expand access to care, establish safety protocols, and provide education to staff, students, and families.
About the Role
As a Complex RN, you will assist in the operation of the on-site school clinic and telehealth services, coordinate with community partners, and promote the health and well-being of school-age children. You will work closely with teachers, school staff, and health assistants to implement a wide range of school health activities.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's or equivalent degree in nursing or health-related field.
- BLS for healthcare provider certification.
- Current unrestricted license to practice as a registered nurse (RN) in the State of Hawaii or ability to sit for NCLEX exam within 180 days of graduation.
- One year of experience in community-based health settings, school nursing, or pediatric nursing.
- Knowledge of HIPAA rules, regulations, and compliance.
- Knowledge of OSHA regulations for blood borne pathogens.
Preferred:
- Experience with the use of electronic health records and program reporting.
