About the Role
As a Compliance Analyst, you will be responsible for identifying and resolving compliance risks, serving as the primary compliance contact for partners, translating regulatory guidance into actionable direction, and developing compliance documentation and training. You will work cross-functionally to ensure compliance-driven updates are implemented accurately and on schedule.
About You
Required:
- 3–5 years of experience in financial services compliance, marketing compliance, or a regulated advertising environment.
- Hands-on experience with credit card and/or banking compliance standards.
- Proven ability to interpret regulatory guidance (FTC, CFPB, UDAAP concepts) and translate requirements into operational direction.
- Experience working cross-functionally with Content, Paid Acquisition, and Account teams.
- Strong written judgment with the ability to communicate risk clearly and decisively.
