About the Role
As a Compliance Analyst, you will review and monitor compliance controls, contribute to compliance testing and surveillance, assist in policy development, maintain organized records for reporting, collaborate with various teams, and participate in training to promote a culture of compliance.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree with an excellent record of academic achievement.
- 2–5+ years in control room, investment compliance, or adjacent regulatory roles within financial services.
- Strong understanding of investment compliance frameworks and regulatory requirements.
Preferred:
- Working knowledge of conflict-management workflows, MNPI controls, and restricted list practices.
- Experience with compliance data/analytics or list-management technologies like Tableau or Bloomberg.
