As a Compliance Assistant, you will support the compliance team with administrative tasks, help review and organize documentation related to audits and policies, assist with client onboarding, and collaborate with senior team members to meet deadlines. This position offers a fast-track pathway to becoming a full-time Compliance Analyst or Security Analyst for top-performing candidates.
About You
Required:
- A strong interest in compliance, cybersecurity, legal, or operations.
- 4-year college degree or 4 years of continuous work experience in a professional, client-facing role.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Ability to follow structured processes and learn quickly.
Preferred:
- No prior experience in compliance required — we will train you.
