MFS Investment Management is seeking a Compliance Associate to join their team in Boston, MA. The role involves ensuring compliance with applicable laws and regulations while assisting in various reporting functions.
About the Role
As a Compliance Associate, you will assist in day-to-day functions related to Client Reporting, Regulatory Reporting, and Management Reporting. You will monitor compliance policies, report compliance status to senior management, maintain knowledge of regulatory changes, build relationships with business partners, identify process improvements, and participate in compliance initiatives.
About You
Required:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- 0-1+ years of relevant experience.
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work effectively with cross-functional and international teams.
Preferred:
- Experience with data analysis, report generation, and AI technologies.
- Familiarity with compliance reporting functions and applicable laws.
- Bachelor's degree in business, data analytics, or finance.
- Excellent presentation skills.
