As a Compliance Associate, you will assist the Compliance Officer in monitoring compliance activities, conducting research, and maintaining accurate records related to federal and state banking regulations. About You
Required:
- Associates degree in business, or 2-3 years banking experience, or an equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimal supervision.
Preferred:
- Basic knowledge of financial regulatory compliance (e.g., TILA, TISA, HMDA).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Professional communication skills with the ability to interact courteously and effectively.
