About You
- Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of consumer compliance experience, preferably in the FinTech or financial services industry.
- Deep expertise in consumer protection compliance (Reg E and FCRA).
- Proven ability to synthesize complex regulatory requirements into actionable guidance.
- CRCM or similar certification.
- Broad familiarity with other consumer financial protection laws and regulations (e.g., UDAAP, ECOA, TILA).
- Experience building or enhancing Compliance Management Systems (CMS).
