About the Role
As a Compliance Officer, you will support the Chief Compliance Officer in evolving and strengthening the compliance program. Your responsibilities will include monitoring banking laws, coordinating policy implementation, providing guidance on compliance topics, developing compliance reports, and collaborating with stakeholders on remediation plans for noncompliance. You will also review customer complaints and ensure compliance with various regulations.
About You
Required:
- Experience in compliance within the banking industry.
- Strong understanding of federal and state banking regulations.
Preferred:
- Experience with operational compliance and regulatory interpretation.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
