Bay Area Turning Point, Inc. is seeking a Compliance Specialist (CoC & ESG HUD Grants) to join their team in Webster, TX. The role involves ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations for HUD-funded programs.
About the Role
As a Compliance Specialist, you will work closely with the Grants and Compliance Director to ensure all aspects of contract compliance are adhered to. Your responsibilities will include preparing performance grant reports, maintaining organized client files, analyzing program outcomes, and assisting with grant submissions. You will also handle clerical tasks and respond to hotline calls, all while ensuring fiscal accountability and program quality.
About You
Required:
Bachelor's degree in Public Administration, Social Work, Nonprofit Management, Business, or related field.
Minimum 3 years of experience with federal grants management, preferably HUD-funded programs (CoC and/or ESG).
Demonstrated knowledge of 2 CFR 200, HUD HEARTH regulations, and CoC/ESG compliance standards.
Preferred:
Master's degree in a related field.
Experience with HMIS or comparable data systems and nonprofit program monitoring.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and database management.
