About the Role
As a Composites Application Engineer, you will be responsible for guiding customers through design-for-manufacturability decisions, leading technical responses to RFPs and RFQs, and acting as a primary technical advisor for high-value clients. You will work closely with various departments to scope solutions, estimate costs, and maintain strong customer relationships while supporting sales initiatives and technical marketing efforts.
About You
Required:
- Minimum of three years’ experience in the composites industry with a focus on customer service, sales, and marketing.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering preferred.
Preferred:
- In-depth understanding of prepreg composite materials and manufacturing processes.
- Strong knowledge of compression, bladder, and open molding techniques for thermoset composite structures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for cost modeling and pricing tools.
