About the Role
As a Comprehensive Ophthalmologist or Glaucoma Specialist, you will join a hospital-employed team of eight Ophthalmologists and three Optometrists, with a built-in referral network and immediate patient volume. You will have the autonomy to design your schedule, with mentorship available for new graduates. The role includes working in modern facilities with exceptional clinical support, a dedicated OR day each week, and low call expectations. The financial package includes a first-year income guarantee of $400K, with potential earnings exceeding $600K in subsequent years.
About You
Required:
- MD or DO degree with board certification in Ophthalmology.
- Valid medical license to practice in Virginia.
Preferred:
- Experience in managing glaucoma patients.
- Fellowship training in Glaucoma or Comprehensive Ophthalmology.
