About the Role
As a Compression Operator, you will be responsible for tending to and performing operational tasks on assigned machinery, assisting in training new operators, troubleshooting product conditions, and ensuring compliance with safety and quality standards. Your daily tasks will include operating programmable logic control (PLC) equipment, performing minor repairs, and maintaining documentation of production processes.
About You
Required:
- High School diploma or equivalent.
- 1 year machine operation experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to perform basic computer transactions.
- Ability to read and comprehend simple instructions and correspondence in English.
Preferred:
- Experience with Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs).
- Familiarity with ERP systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
