About the Role

As a Compressors and Chillers Operations & Maintenance Technician, you will perform preventive and corrective maintenance on chillers, cooling towers, and compressors. Your responsibilities will include executing scheduled maintenance, conducting inspections, troubleshooting equipment issues, and ensuring compliance with safety and environmental standards. You will also maintain documentation of all work activities and collaborate closely with team leads and engineers to ensure effective execution of tasks.

About You

Required:

2–5 years’ hands-on experience in operations and maintenance within mission-critical or industrial facilities.
Broad technical knowledge of mechanical systems including chillers, cooling towers, and compressors.
High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred:

Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree or technical certificate in a related field.
Knowledge of environmental, health, and safety standards in mission-critical environments.
