- Graduation from a JRCERT accredited Radiologic Technologist Program.
- ARRT certification as a Radiologic Technologist.
- CRT certification as a Certified Radiologic Technologist.
- BLS certification as a Basic Life Support Healthcare Provider.
- RHF certification in Radiology Fluoroscopy within 180 days of hire.
- 5 years of experience in clinical and practical CT Tech work.
