FEDITC, LLC is seeking a Computer Equipment Repairer to join their team in Texarkana, TX. The role involves supporting DoD and intelligence agencies by troubleshooting and repairing computer equipment and communication systems.
About the Role
As a Computer Equipment Repairer, you will augment Government personnel in resolving OSI Model Layer 1 and 2 trouble tickets, troubleshoot and repair telephone systems including VoIP networks, and resolve connectivity issues in production environments. You will also assist in installing and testing communication cables, maintain IT asset records, and complete necessary Government paperwork for accountability of IT assets.
About You
Required:
- Active Secret DoD Security Clearance.
- United States Citizenship.
Preferred:
- 2-5 years of verifiable customer service or clerical experience.
- Familiarity with internet browsers and the Windows operating system.
- Associate's degree.
- COMPTIA A+ Certification or similar.
- CompTIA Security certification.
