About the Role
As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for programming complex 5-axis mill operations and multi-axis turning center operations. Your daily tasks will include developing and optimizing CNC programs, collaborating with the quality team to ensure compliance with AS9100D and ISO 13485 standards, and troubleshooting programs to achieve first-article success. You will work with advanced CAM software and modern CNC equipment to create efficient machining processes.
About You
Required:
- Proven experience programming 5-axis CNC mills and/or multi-axis turning centers.
- Strong proficiency with CAM software and G-code programming.
- Experience working with tight tolerances in precision manufacturing environments.
- Ability to interpret complex engineering drawings and GD&T.
- Problem-solving mindset with meticulous attention to detail.
- Commitment to producing work that meets the highest quality standards.
Preferred:
- Understanding of aerospace and/or medical device manufacturing standards.
