About the Role
As a Concessions Team Member, you will assist customers with outstanding service, operate cash registers, manage daily income, clean concession areas, prepare and serve food items, and ensure proper food temperature controls. You will also communicate with the public in a friendly manner and alert management of any issues.
About You
Required:
- Must be at least 16 years of age.
- Must be able to work weekends, nights, and holidays.
- Prior experience operating a cash register and balancing a cash drawer.
- Ability to communicate in a positive, friendly manner with patrons.
Preferred:
- One year of customer service experience with the general public.
- Current Food Handlers Card.
- CPR/First Aid Certified.
- 1+ years of experience in a food service environment.
