About the Role
As a Concierge, you will be the welcoming presence of our luxury multifamily community, greeting residents, guests, and vendors, managing building access, and serving as a trusted point of contact for daily needs while ensuring privacy and professionalism at all times. Your responsibilities will include providing warm service, assisting residents with requests, maintaining confidentiality, responding to concerns, logging daily activities, and contributing ideas to enhance resident experiences.
About You
Required:
- High school diploma or equivalent required.
- Strong customer service and hospitality knowledge, ideally in a luxury environment.
Preferred:
- Prior experience in hospitality, luxury residential, concierge, or customer service roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
