Summary
Grand Living is seeking a part-time Concierge to join their team in Georgetown, TX. The role involves enhancing the overall Resident experience by serving as the first point of contact for various support and administrative needs.
About the Role
As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing friendly, courteous, and professional service to residents and guests. Your tasks will include performing clerical duties, coordinating activities, managing requests, distributing correspondence, directing phone calls, and interacting with visitors and team members. You will work under the direction of the Business Office Manager, adhering to the community's standards and practices.
About You
Required:
- High School Diploma or GED.
- Ability to read, write, and understand the English language.
Preferred:
- Customer service experience in the senior housing field.
- Ability to stand, walk, climb stairs, crouch, bend, stoop, reach, grasp, push, pull, and work continuously without sitting for extended periods.
