About the Role

As a Concierge, you will greet everyone entering and exiting the lobby, check in patients for surgery, provide visitor passes, answer phone calls, give accurate directions, and valet cars. You will also screen patients and visitors for temperature and virus symptoms, assist with wheelchairs, and maintain a clean working environment. This role requires the ability to handle stressful situations while providing excellent customer service.

About You

Required:

One year of customer service experience.
Excellent communication and public relations skills.
Basic computer skills.
Ability to handle stressful situations.
Valid Delaware driver's license with no more than one at-fault accident or three moving violations in the last three years.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Preferred:

Experience in a healthcare setting.
Ability to assist patients with mobility needs.
