About the Role
As a Condo Law Attorney, you will represent clients in all stages of real estate transactions, provide legal counsel to community associations, handle various real estate transactions, conduct legal research and analysis, represent clients in real estate litigation, and maintain regular communication with clients.
About You
Required:
- Juris Doctor (J.D.) degree from an accredited law school.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in real estate law, with a focus on condominium and planned development law.
- Must be a licensed member of the Florida Bar in good standing.
- Exceptional writing and analytical skills, strong work ethic, highly organized, and excellent communication skills.
Preferred:
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
- Experience in client representation and dispute resolution.
