Summary
Odyssey Systems is seeking a Configuration Manager to join their team in Bedford, MA. The role involves supporting various Department of Defense (DoD) and Air Force Life Cycle Management Center (AFLCMC) programs through configuration management and data oversight.
About the Role
As a Configuration Manager, you will ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and policies related to Configuration and Data Management (CDM) for assigned weapon systems. Your responsibilities will include managing configuration files, archiving documentation, convening Configuration Control Boards, tracking Change Requests, supporting audits, and maintaining product baselines. You will also coordinate government and contractor correspondence and perform quality assurance checks on system baselines.
About You
Required:
- Must be a US citizen.
- Must have an Active Secret Clearance.
- BA/BS and 15 years of related experience (5 in DoD), OR 20 years of directly related experience with relevant certifications (8 in DoD).
Preferred:
- Top Secret Clearance.
- MA/MS in a technical discipline and 12 years of related experience (5 in DoD).
- Experience with CM and CDRL data management tools and methodologies.
- Knowledge of DoD configuration audits and document control standards.
